The Gumeracha Hotel, long rumoured to be haunted, was once known as the District Hotel. Built in 1861, it has a long history and many ghost stories have been told by owners, staff and patrons. One rumour was the ghost of Aggi, a lady frequently experienced and even seen by young children as she watches them play. But who is Aggi? Did she exist? Or is there something else haunting the Gumeracha Hotel? We tried to find out!
